PROJECT MANAGEMENT

I joined ABeam Consulting as a new graduate and engaged in ERP (mainly SAP) system implementation consulting. I then moved to KPMG Consulting, where I was involved in a wide range of work from purchasing business reform to conceptualization and system implementation. In 2019, I founded the company with Representative Director Cheng and others, mainly in charge of consulting business management and new business development. In 2022-2023, I had completed my MBA at Waseda, and I am currently working on the following in addition to the consulting business, I am also involved in the launch and management of the group companies (Generation AI and XR).

I have been engaged in consulting services for ERP implementation projects mainly in the manufacturing industry for over 15 years at Japanese/foreign consulting firms. He specializes in project management, global deployment, and global standardization, and provides support from the planning conception to the realization phase.
In our company, I have been developing services in an organization centered on PM/PMO support services.

After working for a Japanese general consulting firm, he assumed his current position. He has been engaged in SAP consulting (overseas rollout, roll-in in Japan, new implementation, version upgrade, operation and maintenance) for manufacturing, transportation, chemical, and medical companies with a focus on accounting, By proposing optimal solutions, he analyzes and optimizes business processes, improves operational efficiency, and reduces costs. Always from the client’s point of view, we aim to support their business success.

He has also been involved in overseas rollouts and template development.
