Please tell us about your background before meeting ARK.

After graduating, I joined an IT company and spent about five years working on SAP (IS-U, BW) operation and maintenance projects for electric power companies. While supporting stable system operations through my work, I developed a strong desire to introduce new systems myself and challenge myself in upstream processes. It was then that I watched the SAP webinar “TechEd,” where ARK CONSULTING was presenting. I was drawn to the image of a rapidly growing company where diverse members thrive globally, and I decided to join.

Please tell us about your current job responsibilities.

I am currently participating in a package development project for an electric power company, primarily responsible for design work. Simultaneously, within the company, I am involved in planning and promoting new business ventures. Specifically, I am advancing the foundation for creating new pillars for the company by directly discussing with management, from current state analysis to business model design, strategy formulation, and roadmap development.

Please tell me what you find rewarding about your work.

In my current project, I’m leveraging my past experience to take on upstream tasks, gaining new insights through SAP customization and transaction investigations. Meanwhile, in the new business venture, I find it highly stimulating to be involved in the process of envisioning the company’s future from a management perspective. What makes my work rewarding now is feeling tangible growth in both technical and business dimensions.

What are some of your favorite things about being a part of ARK?

Currently, I’m advancing new business initiatives while collaborating directly with executives, and I experience this openness and transparency every day.
